This service provides a comprehensive, records-based medical review for four (4) - 6 claimed conditions, complex secondary service connection or aggravation relationships, prior denials, appeals, or cases involving conflicting medical evidence.
A licensed medical provider conducts an in-depth review of submitted service and medical records and prepares a detailed Independent Medical Opinion (IMO) when medically supported.
