Records-Only Nexus Evaluation for Two or Three Claimed Conditions
Full Description
This service provides a structured, records-based medical review for two (2) or three (3) claimed conditions related to a VA disability claim. Reviews may include secondary service connection or aggravation relationships when supported by the medical evidence.
A licensed medical provider reviews submitted service and medical records and prepares a written medical nexus opinion addressing the claimed conditions when medically supported.

Review of submitted service and medical records for 2–3 claimed conditions
Independent medical analysis addressing each claimed condition, including secondary or aggravation relationships when supported
A written medical nexus opinion when medically supported
Secure electronic delivery of the completed opinion

Complex Cases: 4+ conditions or cases involving secondary connections, aggravation, extensive records, or prior conflicting opinions
Final determination is based on medical record review. If a case qualifies as complex after intake, clients are notified before work proceeds.
